An active customer is anyone with a signed agreement and at least one booking in the trailing 90 days. Leads (people who inquired but never converted) don't count toward your limit.
Yes. We don't lock you in. You can move to a lower tier on the next billing cycle and we keep your data; you'll just lose access to the features that don't carry to the lower tier.
Because the steady-state $49 launches once we've earned the volume to support it. Founding ranches sign on while the platform is still earning its keep, and in return they get 50% off Ranch Hand for life. The arithmetic is in your favor over five years.
You export it. We provide a CSV export of every entity (customers, horses, bookings, contracts, agreements) and a PDF archive of signed contracts. Nothing is held hostage.
